Stabling and Camping allocations

Riders – Stabling & Camping Information

As you review the stable and camping allocations, we kindly ask that all horses remain in their allocated stables. Please do not swap stables between horses.

This year we have a large number of stallions attending, so the stable layout has been carefully planned to keep stallions and mares appropriately separated. We also have FEI horses on site, which must be stabled according to FEI requirements and may not always be able to stay with their usual travel companions.

Due to the number of horses attending, some competitors have been allocated portable stables. While we understand many riders prefer permanent stables, unfortunately we do not have enough permanent boxes for everyone, so we are unable to change portable allocations to permanent stables.

If you notice a genuine error in the allocations (for example a mare next to a stallion), please email secretary@djwts.org.au and we will review it.

We really appreciate everyone’s cooperation and respect for the planning that has gone into the allocations.

Camping

If your site is listed as Powered, it may be connected to WPNEC power or one of the generators hired for the event.

If your allocation says Unpowered, that means an unpowered site was booked and paid for. At this stage all powered sites are full, however you are welcome to email us and we can add you to the powered site waitlist.

If you do not appear on the camping list, it means no site has been booked. Please contact us if you would like to be added to the camping waitlist, as all sites are currently allocated.

Arrivals

Please note that arrivals are not permitted until Tuesday 17 March as machinery will still be operating in the stable areas on Monday while bedding and final preparations are completed.

Please also check the arrival date you nominated when booking stables. If you need to arrive outside of this date (due to exceptional circumstances), you must contact us in advance, please be aware additional charges will apply for extra days.

BEDDING

Only sawdust or shavings are permitted to be used at Werribee Park.

Bedding needs to be ordred by 4pm – Thursday 12th March 2026
