PSI DJWTS to Raise Funds for the McGrath Foundation at This Year’s Event

Dressage and Jumping with the Stars is pleased to support the McGrath Foundation as part of this year’s competition.

During this year’s competition, we are fundraising to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse. The McGrath Foundation raises money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses, who provide invaluable support and care to women and men experiencing breast cancer. From diagnosis to throughout treatment, McGrath Breast Care Nurses are available to help individuals and their families for free with no referral needed.

Supporting us to raise funds for this great cause is easy, and you can help the McGrath Foundation reach its goal of 250 nurses by 2025. You can make a difference to an individual and their family by donating via the following button:

DONATE TO McGRATH FOUNDATION

As some of you may know, we lost a member of our show jumping community and Lifetime Service to Sport winner Anne-Marie Greenway last month to cancer, and this disease impacts many others in our community. Anne-Marie expressed her wish that donations be made to the McGrath Foundation instead of flowers. To honour her memory, a donation jar will be available at the Jumping Office, where you can purchase pink ribbons.

We would also like to thank Elisabeth Max-Theure, our FEI 4/5* Dressage judge from Austria, who has asked that her fees and international travel costs be donated to the McGrath Foundation. During the Saturday evening prize-giving ceremony, we will present the Foundation with a cheque for Elisabeth’s generous donation and other funds raised during the competition.
